About Us

Blocked Check network is a collection of tools that can connect with the MSN servers,
and then check whether or not the .NET Passport address you specified can be detected
as being online. If our tools indicate that a user is online on the messenger you might
have been blocked. Our tools are reliable but sometime fail to connect / detect the online
status of a messenger user. This is not a bug in our block check tools, it is simply the
limitations of the MSN protocol.
